YouTube Streams is a new YouTube application that is sort of a peer contributed and reviewed themed playlist. So we decided to test it out with the Viralroots.com Election Stream. A place where everyone can contribute their favorite YouTube campaign videos. We've loaded it up with just a few of our favorites.
