Blair Lauds New French Leader on YouTube

Even the British are with us (surprise, surprise..right?) in this new YouTube nation. Tony Blair's preferred method of congratulating the new leader of France, a gentleman by the name of Nicolas Sarkozy... was not a press conference, not a letter, not sky writing or IM'ing or texting or even calling...it was YouTube.
